Week Two Reflection

Last Friday, for my tangible object, I brought in my rabbit to help people understand that domesticated rabbits are not as aloof as others may think. I'm going to lie if I said I wasn't surprised with the way people welcomed her presence. I personally feel that they are irresistible! But I did not know how many people in class felt the same way. More to my surprise, Oblina felt the love and she happily flaunted her stuff in front of my pastoral group while our mini presentations were going on.

I gained a huge amount of support and interest on my project despite the major tweaks and risky pathways I have been considering since talking to Tanya last Thursday. I had feedbacks about how they did not expect a rabbit to behave in such a manner by just lying on the table and listening to us talk or casually sniffing around people and getting to know them.

I have done some major tweaking with my audience as Tanya suggested, and although I haven't touched on that particular area of audience due to my reservations on ethics, I am in the process of arranging an interview with SPCA and KCC (Kids Conservation Club). As a result of this change, I am working on a new user journey and redesigning my approach to be able to cater children audiences as well.
